- Business goals and preferences — your startup goals, income targets, timeline, capital availability, and business preferences, as provided in the intake form
- Resume — if you choose to email us your resume as part of the service delivery process (optional but recommended)
- Free-form answers — any additional context or information you include in open-text fields on the intake form
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full credit card number, CVV, or banking details
- Email correspondence — any emails you send to hello@theblueprintfoundry.com, including replies, questions, or communications related to your project
Information collected automatically:
- Basic server logs — standard web server data including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited, which may be collected by our hosting provider (Netlify)

- Payment records — Stripe retains transaction records in accordance with their own data retention policies and applicable financial regulations; we retain basic transaction records (date, amount, client name) for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
- Completed business plans — we retain a copy of your delivered plan for up to 12 months after delivery in case of revisions or re-delivery requests
